This is an open plan studio space (20m2 for the main living space) with an en suite shower room. 2 minute walk to bus stop. 15 minute bus ride to Bath city centre. Local pubs serving food within a short walk On street parking close by. The property is a short 2-minute walk to the bus stop, and a 15-minute bus ride into Bath city center. Two pubs are a short walk away one with an Indian restaurant, there is also a fish and chip restaurant. 3 pubs serving food overlooking the river are a 10-minute walk away, Frequent bus service into Bath city centre. Free on street parking available close by In Batheaston High Street or the village car park which has free 3 hour parking during the day and free overnight parking. Parking is not permitted in Potts Close Lots of local walks nearby including Solisbury Hill and Batheaston river side. I do not accept bookings on behalf of non Airbnb members . The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The Milsom is a newly renovated apartment in the iconic Grade II listed Jolly's building on Milsom Street- locations don't come much better than this. Apartment 10 is on the 3rd floor with views across Bath towards The Ivy Brasserie just opposite and the Christmas Market stalls just below (November toDecember.) The Milsom has been completely refurbished and furnished tastefully with smart TV and complimentary WiFi. As a super-host, I am experienced in providing comfy city break stays.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

The kitchen showcases a modern design with dark cabinetry, wood countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A red Smeg fridge stands prominently, while open shelving displays dishware. Pendant lights hang above the spacious counter, enhancing the bright, airy atmosphere of the open-plan space.
