It was a little peace of heaven, the cottage (inside and outside) looks like it's out a story book. The cottage was spotless, enough space for a family, the kitchen was big enough and equipped to cook easy meals, we were served croissants for breakfast (lovely touch). There's a working fireplace and wood is provided. I would love to back there anytime.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The house was well equipped for families and very comfortable and clean. There is plenty to do nearby and we had a lovely trips out to Wells and Bruton. Great communication from hosts. Thank you!

Very comfortable and convenient apartment, exactly as described and pictured. Easy self-check in and a warm welcome by Rachel and her family. The private garden is beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast in the sun. The location is perfect for hiking along the Avon and Bath is only a 10-minute-trainride away. We would have loved to extend our stay and highly recommend the apartment!

We loved our stay at Jo-Ann's place. We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was so relaxing to watch the sun set and people walking their dogs by the river.

Alan and Phyl's place is ideally located if you are travelling to/from Bristol or Bristol airport. They are great hosts, this was our third time staying over, the place is always immaculate and their communication is top notch. Thank you for having us again

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Ian and Rachel are the most gracious hosts. We felt like old friends right from the start. They called nearby pubs for us so we didn’t unnecessarily drive somewhere they were no longer serving food for the evening. The space is so big and quiet. We absolutely loved the area. It perfectly fit our taste for the quiet, rural areas (but still easily accessible to nearby areas with plenty of dining options and shops). The breakfast was wonderful and plenty to go around! We had an amazing stay and wish we could give extra stars! Practically perfect in every way!

We echo all the reviews that have given Nel’s place 5 stars! We were on a tight schedule of visits around the country, but both agreed we’d would’ve happily stayed longer and just enjoyed the cosy accommodation and peaceful surroundings. We’re thinking of downsizing our family home and the design/layout of this delightful apartment gave us ideas for maximising a smaller space. Everything was spotless, the living room sofa and armchair were perfect for us, bed was super comfy, kitchen has everything needed and the whole place was light and airy. We stayed here for a friends wedding nearby, and it had everything we needed. The place was very clean and well kept, with shops nearby. We went on a walk and explored the local area which was very peaceful, and had nice views. It was also very easy to get an Uber to and from places. Nikki was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clear from the get go. Would highly recommend!

the place is lovely, had everything we needed, the view both in the day and at night is so beautiful, really loved the kitchen and living room, the layout is perfect, the bed is spacious and comfy, though the bedroom itself isn't too spacious, the host is really responsive, i do recommend staying here. the bus was probably the only annoyance as it was one every 30mins and then I think on Sundays it's one every 40mins, so if you don't drive it's gonna be a lot of ubers lool.

Fabulous 2 night break as in area for a wedding. Tina is a most welcoming host to arriving guests, the home has been well thought out & decorated to an extremely high standard. Everything has been well thought off so it is very well equipped. Lovely quiet area, good privacy from main house but Tina is never far if needed. Will definitely be returning & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful place. Thank you Tina xx

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Bath. It was spotlessly clean and generously furnished, so it immediately felt like a home away from home. It had been thoughtfully designed and everything felt a step above what was necessary, from the lovely tea selection and toiletries available to the furnishings, paintings, guidebooks and generous responses and recommendations from Tom. A steep walk up from the station/centre but doable and very walkable (10 minutes) back into the city centre. The views are stunning. A beautiful stay - thank you Tom and Ingrid!

The Annex is a cute space, ideal for a couple, exceptionally clean and well presented, with a beautiful multi-levelled garden area out the back and stunning views of Cheddar Gorge. Alison and Joe were very friendly and accommodating hosts and communicated responsively. Would definitely visit again.

Cosy self-contained garden guest house with a veranda which would have been perfect to have a cuppa tea or glass of wine if I’d had the time or stayed longer! I’d definitely stay again! A gem of a place!

Good place to stay if you are travelling, close to Yate and close to the countryside around Yate and Chipping Sodbury.

This is the second time me and my mum have stayed here. Great location, and absolutely lovely accommodation! The bread is also great.

This was a great stay. Sherry is very responsive and helpful with requests, the place is nice and cosy and has a homely feel. Bus routes into city are very easy with the stop being a 4/5 min walk away and buses coming every 10 or so minutes. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Bristol but avoid paying high prices in the centre.

Wonderful stay. Thanks to Joy such a wonderful host. She was very welcoming and helpful. Gave us local recommendations and made us feel like at home. There have a massive backyard/garden with a stunning view of Bath which is not really appreciated in the pictures. Had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend

The accommodation is as shown in the pictures and description, beautiful view accompanied by comfee bed, fully equit kitchen for my microwave/air fryer meals and overall very well kept property. The owner was very helpful and ensured I settled in fine. Will def stay again.

I extended my stay and really enjoyed my time here, it had everything I needed for a long stay and Donna and Neil were great hosts.

The place is spacious, with separate kitchen/eating place, living room and bedroom. It has everything you need on the go, including wash/dry machine, very convenient for us to stop on our Cotswold way walk.
