This weekend stay was ideal for our family - a beautiful, homely environment, catering for a range of ages. The house and garden was relaxing and roomy, infact it looks bigger than the photographs portrayed. We felt comfortable and made the most of our time there; the playground opposite, walks into Bath, restaraunts and happy times at the house made for a great weekend. Large kitchen and cooking facilities was a real feature where cooking at the property was made easier. Rupert's communication, friendliness and instructions were second to none and I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing, laid-back break.

Amazing stay, we had a group of older ladies for my mums hen do and it was a perfect, quiet, remote setting. Absolutely stunning views, evwrything was clean, lovely and modern, with under floor heating downstairs. The gate was a bit hard to understand and was not in the welcome book but we got there in the end. Overall very happy with our stay! Thanks

we had a great break in Natasha's flat. We were two couples and it is just right size for us. The flat was absolutely beautiful and high standard. Natasha communicated with us very promptly and all informations are helpful and accurate. I would highly recommend her flat to anyine who want to have cozy and lovely break visiting Bath and surrounded area. Thank you Natasha again letting us to stay in your flat. We would like to come gack again.

This is a very comfortable cottage, we absolutely loved it, beautiful walks, peaceful and quiet. We would love to revisit at some point. Great access to Bath. Loved the book with instructions, ideas and information *highly recommend*

We had a lovely stay! The place is beautifully presented and the garden is absolutely gorgeous — such a peaceful spot. It was the perfect base for visiting family nearby. We hadn’t realised there wasn’t a TV, so next time we’ll bring an iPad for a quiet evening in. The only small suggestion would be to offer a lighter duvet option, as we found the current ones a bit too warm and didn’t sleep too well the first night. Thankfully, we found a soft blanket which helped on the second. Overall though, a really lovely place and we’d happily return.

Richard was very accommodating and responsive and his place was fantastic. Lovely village — we went to the Queens Arms for dinner which was a little of the main drag and very quiet and peaceful beside a churchyard. Recommended!

The place was easy to find and the hosts were flexible and responsive. Very grateful for allowing early check in and surprise bottle of prosecco in the fridge. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not quite what you’d hope for. It looked clean but when some of us wore white socks, by bedtime they changed colour, and there were quite a few chips, sticker marks, leftover blue tac etc. With all that being said it was still a great experience and a little damage to socks Paul’s in comparison with great hosts and fantastic location of the place.

Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Joanna and Philip were very lovely and friendly host. The space is beautiful and very peaceful and exactly as described. I did all my cooking in the well equipped kitchen and really enjoyed using the pool, sauna and cold bath, which was the main reason I booked. Even though I didn't drive, it's easy to get a taxi from Frome train station and it's also a 40 minutes to get there from the station.

Wonderful stay! The app with info, in-house info and the booking system for the pool were all very informative and helpful, much appreciated. The grounds are incredibly beautiful, and the pool (the main reason for our stay) was a true highlight. To be able to book in with a lot of flexibility and privacy was wonderful, as well as the long hours available for booking. Cream tea on arrival was delicious! The property itself has everything you need, and we can't wait to book to stay again.

Great place with perfect hosts! The barn is lovely throughout and the location is perfect for lots of interesting places to visit! As hosts, they were really communicative and also respectful of our situation with a nervous dog. Highly recommend!!

We booked here as two couples and had an amazing stay. Jacqui met us when we arrived and was very friendly and showed us what we needed to know. Everything was spotless and it is a very peaceful area. The swimming pool is fabulous and very well kept. The kitchen has everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will be recommending to friends and family.

Words from the youngest-"Insanity great! The gardens are so beautiful. The shower was godly—the person who built it deserves a golden trophy." Our yurt stay was magical—peaceful sky views from bed, cosy warmth, and thoughtful design. My son adored the comfy bed and soft rug, and the wood burner made evenings perfect. The shower- Majestic.Heavenly.Divine. The outdoor kitchen kept family time going through dinner prep—fully equipped and easy to use, luxurious. The record player was a sweet touch (bringing records next time!). We barely needed our supplies—towels, robes, coffee, air fryer, hot plate, and every pot and pan were provided. The wild swimming lake was clean and clear, with soft water and tadpoles resting in the shallows. A swing on a giant oak, deer wandering the land—it felt like a fairytale. Amanda and Rob were kind, relaxed, and attentive, with a strong sense of care and safety. Our son was totally at ease—he thrived in the calm. This place is magic. We’ll be back.

This beautiful and modern apartment is the perfect place to stay while exploring the sights of Bath. The Packhorse pub recommended by Nick was lovely, and the welcoming touches of biscuits and chocolates on arrival were much appreciated. There’s plenty to see and do in Bath, and it’s a bonus that we could walk it all, instead of using a car. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Nick’s apartment. We stayed for 2 nights and loved the accommodation, it was private and comfortable, clean and set up ready for us on arrival. Very pleasant hosts, both were welcoming and Matt went the extra mile and dropped us off into the centre of Bath which we really appreciated. We would recommend staying here and would stay again.

Excellent location, close to Bath city center. The house was clean, modern, and well equiped. Victoria communicated well, informed well in advance about getting in the house. Once inside the house she had prepared files with infoemation on operating electronics, heating, locking doors. It also had information on tourist attractions, commuting to and from Bath city centre, dining and take aways, shops etc. It was very thoughtful and well organised. We had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

The photos do not do this place justice! We loved Steve’s place. Super dog friendly, especially the private woods at the back of the Shed. This place is really big, lots of space inside and out. Comfy bed and sofa. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend! Steve is super friendly and his guidebook super helpful.

We had a lovely stay at David’s property. Everything was spotlessly clean, the setting was peaceful and it’s right in the middle of beautiful countryside. Highly recommend as a place to switch off for a couple of a nights! Thank you so much!

Stayed for the Robbie Williams concert so typical Bath accommodation was limited. However, fortunate to find this place was available and really enjoyed our stay. Felt like a bit of an oasis in the suburbs of Bath. Slept really well , , enjoyed opening the patio doors to the morning air and having the seating area available. We would definitely go back again.
