The luxurious and stylish residence is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base for exploring Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can get on a paddleboard or in a canoe.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Accommodation 't Biesterveld - Deventer (3 km)

This half of a farm (85 m2), located in nature, has a beautiful view over the countryside. The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and parking space and is furnished with a spacious sitting area and a luxury kitchen. The entire house has floor heating. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction cooktop. There is a beautiful bathroom with a second toilet. The bedroom contains a box spring. In the private shed, electricity is available for the bicycle.

Kampeerbungalow De Westlander

De kampeerbungalow is een eenvoudig ingerichte overnachtingsplek voor maximaal 4 personen en bevat een tweepersoonsbed (2 matrassen van 80 cm), een eenpersoonsbed en er is een extra bed in het woonvertrek te plaatsen. De slaapvertrekken zijn door middel van een houten tussenwand van elkaar gescheiden. De bungalow is gemaakt van hout en heeft een dak gemaakt van dik (vrachtwagen) zeil zodat u ook tijdens de wat vochtigere dagen heerlijk droog in deze accommodatie kunt verblijven.

Natuurcabin

The Nature Cabin is on the edge of a 4,000 m2 private forest. Via a private access path of 100 meters, you can reach the detached cottage, which overlooks meadows and cornfields. The location is very special partly because the cottage is so free. The 42 m2 cabin is a unique design and made of untreated Oregon Pine. It features a Jotul wood stove, complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a dinner booth with a view all around.

It is a very simple, small apartment located in a working-class neighborhood. Suitable for two people, but four people is possible. (very small for three/four people) The entrance and all rooms are private. The bustling city center is less than a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, and the train station is a 7-minute walk away. There are beautiful hiking and cycling trips to be taken from our address. Minimum age requirement: 23 years.

Our holiday home is suitable for couples and families (with children). It is a beautiful rural holiday home with lots of nice walking, cycling and fishing opportunities. A place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Welcome to our renovated cozy forest cottage PAPERBIRD. The forest cottage is 45 m2 and is located on 1200 m2 forest garden and is suitable for 2 people. The tall windows in the living room give you a beautiful view of the garden. In spring and summer, enjoyment on the terrace. Until long in the fall, you can sit on the terrace with the outdoor fireplace on. In winter, it is super cozy inside by the fireplace.
