Große, gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung direkt am Hafen von Kampor. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung war trotz der hohen Temperaturen im August angenehm kühl, so dass auch schlafen gut möglich war. Der Vermieter Miro und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich, nett und vor allem hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit fußläufigem Supermarkt, Bäcker sowie drei Restaurant ist perfekt. Der Ort Kampor ist keine Urlaubshochburg, so dass es hier trotz vieler Urlaubsgäste verhältnismäßig ruhig ist. Beim Baden kann man zwischen Betonstrand (mit Rasenliegewiese und teils Schatten) oder Sandstrand wählen. Beide Strände sind fußläufig von der Wohnung zu erreichen. Von dort ist auch das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet gut erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung von Miro und seiner Familie nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Everything was fantasfic! We had a perfect summer holiday with my family (husband + 2 kids), there was absolutely no stress and everything was as expected. Nadia and her family are super kind, always there to help, extremely attentive and very friendly with children, surprising us with special gestures such as home-made sweets and other small gifts. The apartment is clean, tidy and has a lot of pleasant specialities which make the place very cosy and particular. The beach nearby is wonderful, the sea is amazingly clear. The vegetation is just great, you can always find a shady spot. It is around 15 minutes to walk there, and takes a little more backwards as you need to walk a little uphill. By car it is 3 minutes, there is some parking fee to be paid, free space is always available. The entire area is exceptionally peaceful and friendly. All in all, we were very satisfied, grateful to be there and absolutely recommend it. Hoping to come back, thank you very much lovely Nadia & family!

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für ein oder zwei Personen mit keinen großen Ansprüchen. Sehr sauber und gemütlich, außerdem hatte die Wohnung alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Highlight war für uns der kurze Weg zum Strand (2 min zu Fuß). Der Strand war sehr privat nicht zu überlaufen und sauber.

Хочу від усього серця подякувати Ірені та її родині за чудовий відпочинок. Дуже привітні та гостинні люди. Ми провели незабутніх три тижні з 15.06 по 7.07.2024 в такому гарному тихому та спокійному місці. Територія навколо будинку дуже доглянута, багато квітів, зелені. Також, одним величезним плюсом була наявність паркомісця безпосередньо на подвір'ї. Для нас це було одним із ключових питань, оскільки ми відпочивали з 3-ма дітьми (12, 7 років та 3 місяці). Навколо багато прекрасних пляжів, добиралися до них машиною, в основному ми відпочивали на дитячому. Господарі пригощали нас смачними млинцями з шоколадом, а перед від'їздом зробили нам чудовий подарунок, за що їм особлива подяка. Обов'язково приїду ще. Рекомендую всім цю оселю.

Appartement pratique, et bien entretenu avec une terrasse abritée. Une fois passée, l'entrée de la cour assez étroite et la cuisine atypique style brocante, nous avons passé 2 nuits excellentes. Les hôtes sont attentifs , accueillants et bienveillants. Nous avions un problème de voiture, ils ont essayé de nous trouver un garage. Le logement est parfaitement situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et 15 minutes de la partie plage rocher pour se baigner (qui est top).

Wonderful place, wonderful host! We stayed 3 nights there, and it was a great experience, Marija is supper friendly and lovely person! She brought us umbrella because it could rain, and gave us recommendations where to go. Even though she didn’t speak English we could communicate with her and understand each other with google translate and a few words we’ve learned. The sunrises at the balcony were breathtaking. We enjoyed every minute at Marija’s place!

We loved the villa, a short walk down the hill to loads of great restaurants, bars and cafes. Lovran is beautiful, lots of history, a highlight was delicious pizza in the historic square one evening. Martina was so helpful with lots of ideas, suggestions and tips, she was very quick to respond and lovely to talk to. We particularly loved Medveja beach, with sunbeds at the quiet end of the beach that was very peaceful and beautiful. Opatija is beautiful and a must visit, with the lovely Lido to chill out in the day and lots of great shops, bars and restaurants, the historic buildings are amazing, Nami sushi restaurant was insanely good food and such lovely staff. Thanks for having us, we loved our time with you!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Zoran in Mošćenice - die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend, die Apartments sind sehr gemütlich und haben alles, was man für einen Urlaub so braucht. Zoran ist freundlich und liebenswürdig und auch seine Tochter offen und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Csendes és nagyon szép helyen van a szállás, az erkélyről lehet látni a tengert. Pontosan minden úgy néz ki, mint a képeken. Van egy kissebb hátsó kert,ami nagyon hangulatos, aranyos nyulat és kis teknőst is rejt. A parkolással nem volt gond,mert mindig volt szabad hely. A közelben pár perc sétára van bolt, autóval 5 percre Lidl. A tengerparthoz lejtős út vezet de kb 7 perc séta. Volt egy kis probléma az ablakredőnnyel, de ahogy írtam Domagoj-nak 5 perc múlva már jöttek is megcsinálni. Összességében nagyon elégedettek vagyunk a szállással.

Ugodan apartman, blizu su plaža i restorani, mirno i privatno

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Apartment. Morgens vor der Sonne geschützt beim Frühstück auf der großzügigen und sehr schönen Terrasse. Am Abend gerne auch mal auf dem kleinen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und auf die Lichter Rijekas. Die sehr schöne kleine Badebucht mit glasklarem Wasser ist in 5-10 Minuten erreicht. Der Weg ist relativ steil aber sehr gut befestigt. Wir hatten ein SUP dabei, welches wir mit einem Schloss von Oksana im Bereich der Bucht während unseres Urlaubs lagern konnten. Unsere Gastgeber Oksana und Vlado waren überhaupt sehr aufmerksam, herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Für den Start der ersten Tage war alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir wurden mit gekühltem Weißwein, gefüllten Eierkuchen und Feigen aus dem eigenen Garten begrüßt. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an willkommen. Liebe Grüße aus Berlin. Haike, Annabelle und Frank.

The host was very responsive even though we contacted her late, very appreciative of this! I booked this for my family last minute and they were very comfortable and liked the place, she also welcomed them with drinks and coffee in the morning. Recommended!

Marija egy csodálatos nagymama, aki olyan szeretettel bánt velünk, mintha a saját unokái lettünk volna. Minden reggel friss finom házi süteménnyel vagy palacsintàval kedveskedett, amibe a szívét -lelkét beletette. Ami a környéket illeti visszatérő vendégek vagyunk, azonban először szálltunk meg Martina-ban. A lakás, a hely, a kilátás is csodálatos, de Marija személye teszi igazán különlegessé. A nyelvi korlátok ellenére is megértettük egymást, ha értenénk horvàtul, vagy esetleg németül, órákig tudtunk volna beszélgetni. A lakás jól felszerelt, tiszta, kényelmes, a teraszról szép kilátás nyílik a tengerre. Már alig várjuk, hogy jövőre visszaterhessünk Marijahoz.❤️

Fantasztikus szállás volt, jó parkolóval, közel (5p séta) voltak strandok, éttermek,pékség, kisbolt. Szoba jól fel volt szerelve, szép rendezett és tiszta volt. Egyedüli negatívumként a kicsi ágyakat, és a borzalmasan nyikorgó matracot tudom mondani. 10/10, ajánlom!

Verica ist eine sehr fürsorgliche, aufmerksame, hilfsbereite, sehr liebe Person. Sie war sofort für Fragen da. Es war alles sehr sauber, gemütlich und es war alles da, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt, und die Zeit ist wie im Flug vergangen. Ich hoffe wir schaffen es nochmal, dahin zu kommen.

Wir, zu zweit, wollten ein Apartment mit Meerblick und dass hat diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt. In der Ferne konnten wir auch einmal Delfine mit dem Fernglas beobachten. Alles hat für uns gepasst. Die Klimaanlage brauchten wir zum Glück nur an einem Tag und da hat sie gut funktioniert.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und schnell. Wenn man die Ruhe sucht, die perfekte Unterkunft. Gerne wieder.

Sejour très agréable au milieu des montagnes et à 30min de la plage. Accueil très sympathique Environnement calme Appartement très bien équipé Le refuge de kuterevo pour voir les ours est à 20 min. Possibilité de faire sortie en quad dans krasno et aussi visite du musée du parc de veledit très sympa.

Schönes Haus mit einem tollen Pool. Nebenan ist eine weitere Wohnung die ebenfalls Zugriff auf den Pool und den Garten hat. Antonio ist immer zu erreichen und hilft gern mit Tipps für die Gegend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
