Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Batumi Bay

We loved this house! It is close to all the amenities, to the grocery store, to the boardwalk and kids’ parks, yet it is extremely private with lots of room for the kids to play inside and outside in the yard and to have intimate family dinners outside. Our family of 8 (mom, dad, 4 children and grandparents) had more than enough room. The best part of the stay though was our warm, helpful and welcoming hostess. We are so thankful to have found this place and will forever cherish precious family memories made here.

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

it's worth it

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

We rented the house for 10 days at the end of September 2021 with a large group, 7 adults and 4 children. In the house is 4 bedrooms, hall, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, veranda. Fully corresponds to the photos. There is everything you need for your comfortable stay. Very clean. Gas stove, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher. The only downside was no microwave. On the ground floor lives the hostess, a very pleasant and sociable woman lives on the ground floor, met us with hot khachapuri, fruits, homemade chachacha, it was very nice! On the ground floor, the entrance to the house from the other side, so the rented part of the house (2nd floor) with a separate entrance is essentially a separate house. We moved only by taxi, the trip to the sea , or it took about 15 minutes to get to the center. Around the mountains, greenery, fruits, beauty! We recommend! Thanks to the hosts for everything!

Ucha’s place was a great location and very close to the beach and local spots. We enjoyed our time there. Ucha let us book another night when I fell ill and was kind to help with anything to make us feel at home. Highly recommend!

House was located near to the beach. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Host was very kind and helped us in every situation 😊😊 Also house looks many times better than in photos.

Perfect place to stay! We’ve been staying at the apartment for a week with 2 friends during vacation. All 3 rooms are separated, one of the bathrooms is inside of one of the rooms, the second one is located in common area. The kitchen and dining zone is very comfortable and sunny, very cozy to spend time there together. There’re oven and washing machine in the kitchen. The balcony is very huge with an unbelievable mountain view. The host is very responsive, help us with every question! I’m happy with this choice, highly recommend this apartment!

This apartment is beautifully maintained, located in a peaceful area, and just a short walk from the sea, mall and cafes. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Henry, I want to thank you very much for your time in your apartment. A cozy apartment, with a gorgeous view from the windows, the balcony is not amenable to comments at all, because breakfast and dinner could be spent outdoors and admiring the sea and all of Batumi. The sea is 15-20 minutes away, there is always a parking space at the house, if you are by car, all the necessary shops are nearby. Henry met us, took us to the apartment, showed us everything and told us. Everything is clean and cozy, like at home. I definitely recommend Henry's apartment for check-in and a good stay.

Great apartment, stayed here again for the summer, I liked everything. Great location, windows to the yard, so the apartment is quiet.

Very cozy apartment on the 13th floor, the lighting in the bathroom makes it even more comfortable. It's nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. We were available with the host, all issues were resolved positively. The beach is a pleasant road through the park with a lake. I recommend the place.

The apartment was very clean, had all the necessary amenities, is close to the sea and central locations in the city. The owner was super attentive, called several times to check if we had everything we needed, even left is coins for the lift that lasted us a week. Even if the apartment is located in the older building, it is newly renovated and there is no dampness. Recommended place to stay.

Excellent Host

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa Batumi, nestled in the foothills with stunning views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. This serene location provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The villa itself was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. The panoramic views from the terrace were simply mesmerizing, especially during sunset when the colors of the sky transformed into a magnificent display. We spent many evenings enjoying the scenery, sipping local wine, and soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. One of the standout features of our experience was the hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly gracious and attentive, always ready to assist without being intrusive. They provided helpful recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities

We had a great time in this house with the whole family! Everything was very cozy, comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail. Special thanks to Maria - she was always in touch, very responsive and ready to help at any time. The house has everything you need for living: slippers, gels, shampoos, towels, blankets - such details are always especially pleasing. Nearby is a wonderful sea, literally a couple of minutes away. We are very happy with our choice, I recommend it wholeheartedly! 😊👍

The views were spectacular. The Home was clean and the Host was incredibly helpful. I will definitely revisit next time I am in Batumi. I highly recommend this home. 😁

They r so nice

Beglar is a great host, he even gave us a lift to Kobuleti at our check-out. The house is situated on a hill and the walk to the beach through the Botanical Garden is nice. The Botanical Garden itself is great. The only negative thing is the stoney beach which makes it a bit difficult to swim.

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍

Resan and his family were awesome. We never had such great experience elsewhere. Truly amazing.
