Complex is located near the new boulevard. To the sea: 5 minutes walk. Next to my accommodation is a boulevard with a cycle path, public transport, downtown, parks and art and culture. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families. Within walking distance there are various cafes, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, aqua-park. Modern casinos, gourmet restaurants, night clubs. Singing and dancing fountains. I also have a similar apartment in Tbilisi.

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

Located in a charming neighborhood with wonderful restaurants, right by the boulevard. The beach is in 2-3 minutes walking distance, 150 meters from the house, you can even breathe the salty air from the balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor of the historic building. It's a 40 square meter room with a high ceiling. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine. You will have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a bike for cycling along the boulevard!
