This place is good. The stunning view of the sea and mountains, combined with unforgettable sunsets, made our stay truly special. The host was kind, responsive, and welcoming.

It’s a great place to stay in Batumi price/quality wise! Tamta is a very responsive host. We had a very late check in and they met us there without any problem. Location is ideal if you want easy access to both the beach and promenade and the old city. Good place to stay!

Affordable place with good location

Beautiful sea view in the very center of Batumi, the host was very friendly. Overall, this is a good choice for spending a couple of days at the black sea.

Nice small apartment for 1-2 people. The appliances are new, everything is clean and convenient. Beautiful sea view. The location is a little further from the center so it's not noisy. The building has a coffee shop, cafe, beer bar, barber shop and ATM. The host is communicative, will help and tell you.

The beach, supermarkets, and cozy restaurants are all just a short walk away, making your stay incredibly convenient. The balcony opens up to a breathtaking view of the mountains, and inside the apartment, you'll find everything necessary for comfortable living. Communication with the host was effortlessly smooth, and the seamless contactless check-in and check-out process added a touch of modern efficiency to the entire experience.

Great location. It's close to Batumi, but you live in greenery , in the mountains, where birds always sing. Lots of space in the house, there is a place to stay. Sufficient linen and towels if you travel light like we do. Everything you need is present! The hosts of the house are very friendly, as well as the neighbors🙂. If you want to relax in the middle of nature and see all the charm of Adjara is here for you🙂. Perfect to have a car, of course.

House was located near to the beach. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Host was very kind and helped us in every situation 😊😊 Also house looks many times better than in photos.

Its a cozy nice location far from the city and open to the sea view , it was a great place

This was a better time! We stayed with Sofiko and her family for almost 2 months. During this time, we ourselves became part of her family: we fried meat together, played meat, played with children in the evening, and went for a walk in Batumi. Not comparable Georgian hospitality, so much warmth and kindness was in relation to us. The hosts were very responsive and quick to respond if there was even the slightest inconvenience. There is a beautiful garden around the house, and we were treated to fresh vegetables and fruits every day. A beautiful veranda that we sat on late and admired from the height of the evening Batumi. The location itself is very convenient: in a quiet location in the mountains, but to the main Carrefour in the center of Batumi 10 minutes by car. Taxis and food delivery come here without problems. Very quiet around, and if you want to be alone with nature, but also close to the city, this place is perfect. Very sad to leave, we loved this family and Georgia with all our heart. We hope to see them again!

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

We loved the place, as described and photographed. Beautiful view of the landscape behind the house, about ten minutes walk to the sea from the house. Lots of shops nearby. Hosts are very nice people, they respond quickly if needed. Recommended :)

Lana was very helpful. She asked all of our questions. The apartment is located in the huge apartment hotel. The location is great, the view is amazing. There are some things I’d recommend to improve: 1) bathroom rug 2) kitchen utensils like spoons and etc ( maybe we just couldn’t find them) 3) kitchen cleaning foam and sponge 4) iron desk
