Welcome to this lovely house 700m from the sea, in the beautiful village of Batz sur Mer. We regularly come to this vacation home, so you will find all the necessary equipment for your stay. It has a garden where you can rest in a quiet environment or enjoy the barbecue and terrace. The village and its shops are within walking distance: grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, wine merchant, pharmacy, ... in short, everything nearby.

The Barn

The house is made of wood, quiet and full of charm, 4 min walk to shops, 10 min to the beach and 3 min to the train station (you can come without a car) Linens and towels are provided. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower. Wooden terraces wrap around the house. For children: baby bed, toys, high chair, bouncer seat, fat boy, etc. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
