This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Maison champetre or gather as a family to share convivial moments in the quiet countryside. The house will have to be returned to the condition you found it. Mandatory cleaning option 60 euros from 5/26/2025 to be paid separately. The house is composed of 5 bedrooms including 2 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed convertible into 2 , 1 mezzanine with a double bed,and a sofa bed in the living room.
