Colombier transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18 m2 (beware of many steps): on the 1st floor, living room with a kitchen, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Access to part of the park of the property with a relaxation area equipped for eating and lounging.

Country house where you can meet with family to share friendly moments in the quiet of the countryside. The house will have to be returned to the condition in which you found it. Mandatory cleaning option 60 euros from 05/26/2025 to be paid separately.
