Holiday rentals with beach access in Bauduen

Very nice place, peaceful and clean. It was easy to find parking nearby in May. The location is very good to visit the surroundings. Only two downsides: 1) the apartment is in the second floor and there is no lift, 2) In the evening you can smell the cooking of the below restaurant.

Fanny was the best hostess I've ever had on an Airbnb (and there were many and great ones). It makes you feel at home and preserves your privacy. The house is very nice with a very nice terrace. So is the village, everyone greets each other on the street and you feel like you are in a movie. Fanny gave us great tips about the area and even accompanied me on a hike once. After 4 days with her, I feel like I spent a vacation with a very good friend. Regardless of my personal impression, Fanny's house is perfectly located for an idyllic vacation (surrounded by lavender fields, beautiful nature, lake, canyon, sports activities...), is comfortable and well equipped.

Beautiful view, only 10-15 minute walk to Cassis and right next to the five star Roches Blanches hotel. We spent every morning and evening of our two night stay on the terrace looking at Les Canailles and listening to the sea.

Great location

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Everything is pleasantly simple and functional, without unnecessary decoration - exactly to our taste. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the quiet balcony, where we had breakfast in the morning in the sun and let the day end in the evening. The location is wonderfully quiet, beaches and the center of Cassis are within walking distance - also ideal as a starting point for hikes in the Calanques. A place to stay where you'll be happy to stay.

Perfect location. Right in town but on the very edge of the noisy parts so it’s nice and quiet at night but 5 minutes for a party if desired. Very comfortable and everything you need. Even allowed late checkout with no problem when I didn’t realize what checkout time was

Very good place and a super nice host

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. Loved our stay here. The garden is the most beautiful with views overlooking the sea. The pollinators were so happy and busy buzzing while we swam in the pool. The decor of the interior was very charming and the AC worked splendidly! The kids loved the secret path to the garden from their room.

Beautiful surroundings, we found peace in the comfortable home. We enjoyed a lot of privacy, as the owners were not present at the time of our stay. Loïc was a very attentive host who responded quickly and to-the-point to all our questions. Thank you.

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very stylish and refined. Quality furniture.

The house has a beautiful situation. Pleasant atmosphere in the house and garden. The two floors offer different perspectives on the sea. No noise from the nearby coastal road. The dining table in the interior resembles a camping table (wobbles), as do the associated bar stools.

Once again a wonderful stay hosted by Pierre and Dom having stayed previously at another of their properties. A small miscommunication was encountered upon arrival but the speed in rectifying this was exemplary. Everything in the house was as described and peace and tranquility of the location was outstanding and it was a beautiful place to unwind. I look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thank you for your hospitality and offering a sumptuous slice of escape in this ever maddening world.

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at all times if needed. Regarding the apartment, I try to find something negative but I see nothing. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you enter, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal area for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be redone as soon as possible.

Great location! Easy walk to the city waterfront. Gated parking right at the complex. Jean-Luc was so nice and accommodating with check-in and check-out. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The view is phenomenal! We will definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Philippe was an amazing host. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The studio is directly across the street from the beach, with an amazing view of the Gulf of St Tropez. The location of the studio was excellent as well, within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants and the ferry to St Tropez. A convenience store is two doors down, and a full supermarket a 5 minute walk. We stumbled upon a farmers market one day downtown and had some of the best cheese we’ve ever had. The space itself is as advertised. We spent our mornings overlooking the beach from the huge windows. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. One thing to not miss is the AMAZING water pressure and temperature in the shower, which we are not used to traveling through Europe. As others have mentioned, be prepared for the four story walk up to the apartment. But if you’re out all day like us it’s not a huge deal. Will come again. Thanks Philippe!

We had a great time, everything is well thought out and optimized in the apartment. Karine is very nice and friendly. We will undoubtedly be back.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Pros: Extremely well located apartment for visiting the region, close to transport (especially by boat) and basic shops (Auchan/Super U, pharmacy, etc.). Very well decorated and organized, although a little small. Ideal for couples or single people. Very easy access to the beach as well as a swimming pool in the complex, which is very good. Cons: If you want to cook, there is little space to store food in the kitchen. Also, a little disappointed to have paid a supplement for the linen, but to have had only the bare minimum (one dishcloth for several days, no hand towels, etc.) All in all a great stay, we highly recommend it!
