It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room, a double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. The apartment also has a balcony.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.
