Tremendous and gracious host. Very attentive and willing to clean the pool himself, if necessary. Very trustworthy along with his staff and the townhouse Associstion. Highly recommended.

A place I would definitely return to; it's very peaceful. The private pool was the best part, very clean. In this case, I went with my partner, and it was the best, all the privacy and the good moments were amazing.

Beachstay was an excellent place to stay. The host was very responsive and understanding of our situation and was always there when we needed help. I will highly recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, everything was great any issues we had Ruffina was quick to help us solve. The villa is a gated community which is great for safety and near many tourists areas. Would definitely stay again.

An excellent stay in a gated community just to the south of the airport (about a 10 min drive). The property was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of areas to relax. There are a variety of great restaurants about a 5 minute walk from the property. Natalia was an excellent host; very communicative and helpful with recommendations. She made the stay feel right at home and even came to greet me as I arrived to provide information on the local area. A highly recommended stay if you are looking for a place to relax and be away from the main strip in Bavaro. I would definitely stay again!

I chose Nancy's property in Cocotal for Holy Week, dates when I prefer to spend in a peaceful, calm, and family-friendly environment, and according to her description, this would be the perfect place. Nancy describes her place in detail, and what she mentions is exactly what you'll get. It’s a safe place where peace can be felt, very comfortable and well equipped. I had never rented such a clean and sparkling space as this house; I highly recommend it, and of course, I would definitely come back.

**5 Stars – Another Wonderful Stay!** This was not my first time staying at one of Ivan’s properties in Punta Cana, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ivan is an exceptional host—extremely professional, kind, and always accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. What truly stands out is how Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and he graciously allowed me to stay past check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait uncomfortably. That level of thoughtfulness means so much, especially when traveling. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything Punta Cana has to offer. I always leave feeling relaxed and grateful, and it’s all thanks to Ivan’s hospitality. I will *always* stay at Ivan’s places whenever I return to the beautiful Dominican Republic. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my time staying here. the pool is a amazing, the view is amazing, the beach is amazing and minutes away by walking. a lot of bars and restaurants en the area, and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. The plan is to return.

One of the best Airbnb I have stayed in this far hand down. Beautiful in and out. Everything was spotless no issues. The host was very attentive and responsive. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Close to the mall 5 mins to beach, 5 mins to Blue Mall. Love, love, love it! I will definitely be back, and recommend this Airbnb.

El departamento es cómodo, muy limpio y está mejor que en las fotos: más bonito, ordenado y cuidado. Está muy cerca de la playa, en una zona tranquila, aunque un poco alejada de restaurantes y opciones comerciales. La atención del host fue excelente, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. ¡Super recomendado!

Great location on Bavaro beach, super clean apartment and pool. On a very nice stretch of the beach, as well. Recommend walking to a bunch of the nearby restaurants, specifically La Bruja Chupadora!

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

Todo perfecto y la comunicación y recomendaciones de sitios para hacer actividades y encontrar restaurantes,supermercado y todo lo necesario fueron un éxito;el anfitrión en su instrucciones te adjuntaba la ubicación de cada sitio y un comentario con un pequeña descripción de cada lugar para ayudarte a elegir la verdad que fue algo muy útil y la descripción siempre se ajustó a la realidad.
