A place I would definitely return to; it's very peaceful. The private pool was the best part, very clean. In this case, I went with my partner, and it was the best, all the privacy and the good moments were amazing.

My sisters and I loved our little get away. There is a restaurant right in the backyard they played amazing music and live music as well (never super late music ended around 11pm). Her place was nice and comfy and so cute just like the pic. We had no complaints on the air bnb at all. A great place to stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, everything was great any issues we had Ruffina was quick to help us solve. The villa is a gated community which is great for safety and near many tourists areas. Would definitely stay again.

An excellent stay in a gated community just to the south of the airport (about a 10 min drive). The property was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of areas to relax. There are a variety of great restaurants about a 5 minute walk from the property. Natalia was an excellent host; very communicative and helpful with recommendations. She made the stay feel right at home and even came to greet me as I arrived to provide information on the local area. A highly recommended stay if you are looking for a place to relax and be away from the main strip in Bavaro. I would definitely stay again!

**5 Stars – Another Wonderful Stay!** This was not my first time staying at one of Ivan’s properties in Punta Cana, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ivan is an exceptional host—extremely professional, kind, and always accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. What truly stands out is how Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and he graciously allowed me to stay past check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait uncomfortably. That level of thoughtfulness means so much, especially when traveling. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything Punta Cana has to offer. I always leave feeling relaxed and grateful, and it’s all thanks to Ivan’s hospitality. I will *always* stay at Ivan’s places whenever I return to the beautiful Dominican Republic. Highly recommended!

Reymon was very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get inside the apartment and quiet. The apartment was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Everything was great overall.

We had a few small problems with the water heater but Manuel was extremely responsive and helpful and even put us in a nicer place while he fixed the water heater. He also was great at giving us recommendations for everything from food to Ubers. Great host made a great stay

Great 1 bedroom. Very well laid out, very clean, and great security. Check in and check out very convenient. Fauso responded quickly to any concerns we had which were few. Condo pool and surrounding area very clean and quiet. Condo walking distance to grocery store, many restaurants, and short 6 minute walk to the beach. Condo was very well equipped. King size bed was very comfortable (very important as we stayed for 13 weeks). Would highly recommend this condo. Thank you Domi rentals for a great experience.

Great location on Bavaro beach, super clean apartment and pool. On a very nice stretch of the beach, as well. Recommend walking to a bunch of the nearby restaurants, specifically La Bruja Chupadora!

This apartment delivered everything we needed was super comfortable perfect for my vacation and the host was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had… close to everything restaurants, beach, and activities. Very private quiet area perfect for families.Would absolutely stay again
