Welcome to our house with its own waterfront plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk the Sörmlandsleden trail that starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and is only 20 meters to the jetty and sea swimming. There is also access to fishing and boating. There is the possibility to use the following attractions: Access to a berth is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver for a fee. Water skiing, wakeboarding and water ring for a fee.

Bagarstugan

I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och goa bakverk. Enklare frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Se hemsidan Café Östergården. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Lill-stugan

Varmt välkommen till Lill-stugan. Här har du skogen och de vilda djuren inpå knutarna. Titta ut genom fönstret och kanske ser du några hjortar som går och betar. På sommaren är det får och lamm precis intill stugan som går i sina hagar. Intill stugan ligger vår egen lilla sjö. Låna roddbåten och ro ut en sväng. Promenera i skogen. Njut i solen på uteplatsen.
