The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Live in the colors of summer in a house with terrace a short walk to the beach

We have completely renovated this lovely house typical of Arcachon. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs on its wooded terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that can be reached in just 3 minutes' walk. You can also walk to the market as well as the heart of the city. The house (90m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, living room , bedroom and independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV area. Two bedrooms have a shower, washbasin and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is joined either by an internal staircase or an external staircase. On the ground floor each room opens to the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your check-in, either someone will meet you or you can pick up the keys from the key safe. I will specify the terms prior to your arrival . I stay in constant contact with my guests before and for the duration of their stay The house is located a few steps from the heart of Arcachon and very close to the beach easily accessible by foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.
