Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. The unit sleeps up to 4 and has two connected rooms, a bathroom and kitchenette. The main kitchen is shared with me in the main house. Three friendly dogs are part of the household.
