My kids and I loved the condo. Above all, the playroom was a children's paradise. If you have small children, don't hesitate to book here. The apartment is located on the 16th floor and the building, the staff is extremely friendly!! There are restaurants nearby and the large bus station is within walking distance. The host was very friendly and eager. If the cleanliness in the apartment is improved a little and 2 key cards are handed over, it is a 10/10. Unfortunately, we had great difficulties in the organization with only 1 key. For example, if I go to the children's room with the children and my husband goes into the gym, then that didn't work. You always had to pick up and arrange. The check out time was also indicated at 12 o'clock when booking, but we had to get out at 11 o'clock, which was a bit stressful. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with the rest and would book here again. The hotel next door is also recommended.

I went to Penang to celebrate my son’s 1st birthday and had a wonderful time staying here. My baby slept peacefully without any issues — this was his very first long drive journey from KL to Penang. We thought he might cry at night due to the new environment and the long travel, but this house truly gave us a home-like feeling with its cozy atmosphere. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. If I ever plan another trip to Penang, I’ll be sure to check in here again.

We had a wonderful 3D2N stay! A big thank you to Sunny for being such a helpful and friendly host, and for sharing great local recommendations. The location was perfect for us — it allowed easy travel (with our own transport) across the bridges and to George Town, while still being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My kid is in the Haitang branch. The B&B is very close to the school, 3 minutes on foot, and you can go to the big swimming pool to play after school. There is a deep water area, shallow water area and entertainment area, as well as a big slide and rocking horse. There is also plenty of fitness equipment. It is very safe. My husband left his phone at the shore management office, the staff was afraid of losing it and helped to put it away. By the way, taxis are also very convenient. Directly at the door.
