Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand . Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten mit Gartenteich. Wir bieten eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon zum Garten, ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, beide Zimmer sind mit TV ,ausgestattet, ein Bad und eine große Loggia. Hier laden gemütliche Sitzplätze und eine Hängematte zum Entspannen ein. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür Innradweg ,und Erholungsgebiet unterer Inn in der Nähe. Übernachtungspreis bezieht sich auf zwei Personen.

Wir legen großen wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, das Holz stammt aus dem eigenen Wald und die Energie beziehen wir von unserer PV-Anlage. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
