Entièrement indépendante avec son accès privé. La salle de sport, l'espace bien-être et salle de jeux sont situés dans la maison principale, accessibles par le jardin.

Entourée d'herbages, la maison offre un cadre paisible et authentique . A l'intérieur, le confort moderne se mêle au cachet de la pierre . Le gîte dispose d'une piscine intétieure de 15 mètres, chauffée à 29 degrès toute l'année, pour des moments de détente en toute saison.

The apartment is quietly located, 5 km from the sea, in a 19th century farmhouse. A south-facing terrace (sun loungers, barbecue) at the foot of the accommodation overlooks a closed courtyard to which only the owner has access. Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.
