The apartment is quietly located, 5 km from the sea, in a 19th century farmhouse. A south-facing terrace (sun loungers, barbecue) at the foot of the accommodation overlooks a closed courtyard to which only the owner has access. Professional 5-seater Jacuzzi all year round, small swimming pool during sunny days. Charming Normandy house, renovated with great taste. I really like the decoration, the house is renovated but I kept as many old materials as possible. Expect a journey through time, with modern comforts. Large garden with swimming pool heated to 28 degrees, the pool is open from April to September depending on the weather. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. A large comfortable living room will allow you to enjoy your trip. A pool room is available upstairs.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.
