Charming house in the heart of Bazas for 2-4 people

In the heart of Bazas, near the cathedral, shops and restaurant terraces for 2, 4 people, bright and comfortable charming house. On the ground floor, 1 large living room, dining room, sofa, TV and Wi-Fi. A large kitchen equipped with care, chef's piano and central island. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, one master with large 160 bed + dressing room + bathroom (shower WC), one with large 160 bed or 2x80 + bathroom (shower WC). Optional with sup, 3rd bedroom + bathroom.

Pastoral sheepfold

In a rural environment, come and spend a quiet stay, in connection with nature, in the old sheepfold of our grandfather, refurbished in the Landes style. On the agenda, forest walks, canoeing on the Ciron, bike paths, cultural visits... 10 min from Sauternes, 15 min from Bazas, close to all amenities (3 km). 2 mountain bikes (1 male and 1 female) are available for guest use. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

In the heart of a green setting, a soothing place, cocooning, quiet but close to all shops and the medieval city of Bazas. Bordeaux is 35-40 min away, the Bassin d 'Arcachon and the Ocean are about 1h15, the Graves and Sauternais vineyards are 10 minutes away. Our 55m2 apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen, a seating area (with TV and wifi), a spacious bedroom, queen size bed, bathroom with shower. An outdoor space to enjoy the garden.
