Easy access to the Atlantic Ocean (Arcachon/Dune of Pilat), medieval castles and villages, thermal spa, many châteaux in the Bordeaux wine regions, tranquil canals, lakes, scenic Dordogne, and even the Basque country and the Pyrenees. A good base for cycling, fishing, and walking holidays, or for a farm stay to experience tranquil French farming life.

The sheepfold

A beautiful barn conversion surrounded by forest. A tranquil location with the sounds of wildlife. Tastefully decorated in keeping with the original characteristics. Roaring cast iron wood burner for those chilly evenings. All the amenities you need to cook your gourmet meal. Your own private pool, hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. The barn is the second property on the location meaning you will be greeted by the host with a warm multi-lingual welcome. You will have complete privacy.

Pastoral sheepfold

In a rural environment, come and spend a quiet stay, in connection with nature, in the old sheepfold of our grandfather, refurbished in the Landes style. On the agenda, forest walks, canoeing on the Ciron, bike paths, cultural visits... 10 min from Sauternes, 15 min from Bazas, close to all amenities (3 km). 2 mountain bikes (1 male and 1 female) are available for guest use. Come and recharge your batteries with friends or family in this peaceful retreat!

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

studio upstairs, renovated and air-conditioned, bedroom area with double bed, living room with sofa bed, TV, equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso...), bathroom with toilet, washing machine, vacuum cleaner... No smoking, no pets The property has an unsecured staircase, so it is not suitable for toddlers, no baby equipment. The apartment is configured to accommodate a maximum of 3 people, including children.

Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude.
