We stayed in this apartment for more than 2 weeks. Everything was perfect for us. Washing machine with tumble dryer worked great, so you didn't have to look for a laundry. Showers and air conditioning as well as all kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The beds + mattresses of both bedrooms are of high quality. We felt at home and almost didn't want to leave. As we rented the carnival only what bothered us was the sound walls that ended at 9:30 pm, as the house is in the square where the party takes place. But nothing that would harm our wonderful stay and certainly on other dates is even better.
