The stay was great, since even before the reservation. Ronald was super flexible in relation to check in and checkout, met us promptly when asked and is super polite. The accommodation is according to the photos, the fact that the private pool is wonderful, the rooms are cozy and the comfortable beds, full kitchen, we don't miss anything. The location is great, close to several restaurants, fastfood, shops... A single observation point is the fact that there is no parking in the building, we rented a car and we were a little apprehensive of leaving on the street, but the parking place is right in front of the building and has military police 24h in the square, it was quiet, but if there was a space inside the building, we would be quieter. Anyway, super recommend Ronald's accommodation. Our vacations were amazing there.

Cozy apartment, great location, in addition to the seaside fair that is in front, several restaurants, gas stations and market all very close, very organized and I needed assistance for the Internet and Jairo gave assistance. The street can be a little noisy but just close the door that seals the sound well, doors seal the street light well into the property too, I highly recommend the accommodation.

Fabulous find for those looking to get away with the family. The home is adorable, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The yard is big and quiet with wonderful porches for lounging and meals. We especially loved the way the kitchen connects to the outdoors making enjoying breakfast while enjoying the beautiful morning simple. Beds were comfortable and linens very clean. The beach was a short walk, and absolutely breathtaking. Check this place out, your family will love it

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house corresponds perfectly to forró. It is large, ventilated, has comfortable beds, swimming pool always clean and cared for. But the cherry of the cake of the stay, was to hire the service of Nice. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. Our family loved the experience, we celebrated my son's birthday where many children took advantage of the spaces, played a lot, clean pool with pleasant temperature. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our barbecue. Excellent experience.

The house is located in a condominium of small ranches. It has everything from kitchen utensils, a pleasant space and a very large balcony.
