Sensational, a 10, impossible to be better. attentive, super modern apartment, clean, cozy, well located, no noise, spectacular view. I'll be back more often, as I have already.

The apto is very nice, has an incredible view of the sea and the place is quiet. Melina was super solicit and attentive for everything we needed to know about the place, places to recommend, doubts about the apt and the surroundings. The only point that I would need to reinforce is the cleaning of the apt, as there were some dirty kitchen items like the stove, the floor was clingy and the double bedding was smelly.

It was a great stay, we enjoyed a lot of family, I want to come back soon! The very nice apartment, super complete, the very helpful host. Simply wonderful the experience.

The apartment corresponds to what is described in the listing. Very well decorated, with all the amenities, finally a super cosy space. We have been a few times in the same condominium and this was by far the best apartment we know. We noticed good taste in decoration and attention to detail. Our only dissatisfaction was not with the apartment, but with the quality of the restaurant's food that fell a lot (we do not recommend eating on it). In addition, the hostess was always attentive and made us feel at home.

Layna was always very kind and always responded quickly! We loved the location and it was great to spend this week in the apartment.

We spent 25 days in this apartment and the experience was excellent! The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is also great, with several facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was always fast and efficient — all questions were answered with attention and promptness. We felt very welcome and hope to return more often. We highly recommend it!

Great place to stay in Fortaleza, close to the beach, restaurants, drugstore, grocery stores. Super helpful, friendly hosts who give us quick feedback. I will recommend it to friends and, on another occasion, I will make sure to keep in touch with them again.

This house was perfect for a group of 10 people, with plenty of space and a lush outdoor area. For those who come from São Paulo, it is almost unbelievable to find such a special place like this one. We will definitely return!

Great house! Complete! We went to 4 families with some children and babies, everyone enjoyed the spaces a lot! It was worth it! Careful and proactive housekeeper, always organizing and taking care of the place. Mr. Paulo answered whenever we need it. I recommend and will be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

Extremely spectacular house! The House matches exactly as in the listing, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his caretaker, Mr. Milton, was always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close, giving an even greater sense of security for the days of the stay. I'll definitely be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent with the intention of throwing a party, it was my birthday and I put a band on at 6 p.m., only for the guests, even so, even within the hours allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint about sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so it's better to avoid loud noise!!

We were very welcome, Host Douglas showed us the house and advised us on every situation and detail of the house, an excellent place for those who like park and home has everything to serve a large family. Fridge, brewery even has wood stove 🪵 congratulations. We'll be back for sure.

VERY comfortable house! We had our wedding in the house and everything was wonderful!

We had an amazing experience in this house! We made a 15-year mini commemoration for a very special girl, and everything was perfect. The house is wonderful, very well equipped, it had everything we needed and even more — it exceeded all expectations! Everyone had fun and enjoyed every moment. Host, Cidelma, was extremely attentive, answered all our questions quickly and did everything to help us. The housekeeper, Mr. Gilmar, was also very helpful and gave us all the necessary support during the stay. We only have to thank you! We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

The house is beautiful, as in the photos. Very comfortable. The condominium is beautiful too. Anna always responded quickly, I even had a little problem late at night and she responded promptly. In short, my family and I like it a lot. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; everything of great quality, a lot of comfort and tranquility. It has everything we need and even more; she is kind enough to leave water, cleaning products and some other kitchen amenities. The condominium is perfect for a stay with children. Many leisure options (many courts, swimming pools, playgrounds, possibility of renting kayaks and bicycles). Affordable restaurants. Easy access to the beach. Close to Beach Park. The apartment is comfortable and we feel at home. Mrs. Eufrasia responded quickly, always very solicitous. I highly recommend it!
