Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Lovely one bedroom apartment with a large, sunny terrace and A/C to cool down after enjoying the sunny weather. Located on ground floor, in a central residence (Paraiso Royal), in the heart of Playa De Las Americas; surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and excursion/travel agencies. A 5-min walk to the beach, or you can chose the community pool, which is heated during winter time. It is located in the quiet part of the complex, so you will enjoy peaceful and relaxing nights.

New studio in front of Las Vistas beach just two steps from the beach and the Golden Mile of Playa de las Americas ( about 30meters). Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis.
