Enjoy our house, a design apartment where iconic pieces of furniture merge together with vintage touches. Recently refurbished, it offers three new independent bathrooms. On the first floor a large balcony offers a view over the village of Garda and the Rocca (local hill). On the second floor a wide glass window creates a unique environment between the open living room, the terrace, the sky and the lake. 5 minutes walk from the lake, our apartment provides an exclusive permanent parking space.

My daughter Veronica and I will be happy to accommodate you in our studio Ottone, carefully renovated. It is located at Casa Bullio rooms, in a building in the historic center of Garda and a short walk from the lake. The elegant mini apartment is situated in the beautiful streets of the town center with typical restaurants, bars for excellent breakfasts, shops and groceries. Nearby there are wineries and oil mills where you can do delicious tastings and is a great starting point for hiking.

Per quest'anno 2025 non vi faremo pagare la tassa di soggiorno di 4.oo euro al giorno per ospite...

We had a very nice stay in Garda. The apartment exactly matches the description and is idyllically located on a hillside with a fantastic view over the city and the bay of Garda. Everything was clean and well equipped – you feel right at home. In summer, a large pool is available, which is shared with the other apartments. During our stay in April, it was not yet open, but it could hardly have been used with the temperatures anyway. Overall a great place to relax – we will be happy to come back!

Catharina apartment was spacious, welcoming, warm and very comfortable. We had such a wonderful stay. Perfectly located, close to transportation, boardwalk, sights, the ferries and too numerous amount of restaurants. The apartment is very clean. We so will return to such a perfect apartment. We highly recommend it to any visitors.

We had a great time staying at Aldo’s apartment, the location is brilliant for anyone looking to stay in Garda and enjoy the local restaurants, bars and atmosphere or people looking to use it as a staging point for traversing the lake. Would highly recommend.

The flat is really great. Exactly like the pictures. I’m always a little sceptical of pictures of the views and think “hmmm I’m sure they are taking the picture from a. Specific angle to make it like the view is nice”. But this time was totally not the case. The view is 100% open to the lake. No vis-vis or side block. You have full 180° view on the lake. Very quiet. Beautiful when you wake up! Fully equipped kitchen, squeaky clean bathroom. Also had a fresh coffee and a nice bottle of Prosecco int he fridge. Alice was super nice, pro active and super helpful. 100% recommend to anyone :)

We enjoyed staying at Valeria’s place. It was spotless clean and in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment is quite authentic and well designed. Quite easy to access to Garda center and surroundings. Definitely reccomended!
