This studio is air-conditioned, tastefully renovated with unobstructed views of the hills. Access via a road with several hairpin turns. Accommodation independent of the house, very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car is essential.

Access to the property is via a semi-tarmac and semi-stony path, approximately 300 meters long by car. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in this peaceful location. Enjoy barbecuing over a wood or charcoal fire and relaxing on the deck chairs. There's a large natural space for you to soak in the view and the tranquility, and you're just 20 minutes from the beaches of Nice.

We would like to extend this offer to you for this charming 20 m2 cottage with a 70 m2 garden. sofa bed with 17 cm thick mattress. It is located 1.3 km from Boccacabana beach, 5 min by bike, 3 min by car. There are 2 muscle mountain bikes available. Bus 2 min away that takes you to Cannes in 15 min. We are 5 minutes from the industrial zone. This cottage is located on our property but you will not have any neighbors opposite you.
