The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

The main house offers a large living room with river views. An adjoining house includes a master bedroom (160 cm bed), a children's bedroom (single bed and sofa bed), as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
