My cottage is close to downtown. You will appreciate it for its modern comfort. it is perfect for couples and families with children. It has a courtyard and a large private garden , which I leave for guests to use. An independent WIFI network is installed in the cottage. Your car can stay in the courtyard closed by a gate ,throughout the stay if you so wish.

17 th century house with lots of character, if you love old stones, old parquet floors, this place is for you. 2 parking spaces at the foot of the house. Renovation done in 2017 with taste, noble materials. The little ones are the large terrace facing south, the quiet of the place and the immediate access to the city center on foot. Accommodates 10 people.

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
