Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Beauvallon

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

Odile was always responsive and very flexible with our booking request. The apartment is in an ideal location - with a fabulous bakery just steps away. You are in the middle of the action, with beautiful views. The bedroom is in the back, so the nightlife sounds do not disturb your sleep. Would definitely return to this location.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood that still has a lot to offer. Cozily decorated and clean. Smooth communication and easy autonomous access. We definitely recommend the apartment.

This place was amazing! It fit our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) perfectly. The location was spot on, walkable to everything, and the flat was beautiful! Welll maintained and well equipped! Catherine and her husband were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Super easy check in/out as well. I would highly recommend!! I hope we can come back some day!

Marie-Anne is a generous, smiling and very welcoming woman who knew how to put us at ease. The accommodation is great, functional, we didn't miss anything! The pool area was nice and we enjoyed having a barbecue on the private terrace. Being able to mark our passage in this place is a wonderful concept. I highly recommend this place!! Benoit's place was as described. Very clean, close to everything and with all amenities. I highly recommend it. Benoit was also very flexible on departure and arrival times, which was much appreciated.

Great stay in Lyon. Alain is a very friendly host and provided welcome chocolate and great local recommendations. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to self cater, and there are many nearby specialty food shops and a very nice market along the river. Lyon is very walkable and has an interesting history. The apartment is full of art and music. Both the apartment and Lyon are highly recommended!

Alexis place was in a perfect location to explore the Vieux Lyon (old quarter). It is a VERY short 2 min. walk to the metro & also the funicular to the hillside Roman ruins & amazing church of Our Lady! The apartment requires walking up stairs but is in a charming old school building & the inside is modern & VERY clean! We highly recommend Alexis' place in Lyon!

Good stay, we were happy, the surroundings are exotic

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily complete some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

We booked this place for a weekend with friends and everything was perfect! Thierry is very attentive with his hosts, proactive and welcoming, I recommend this small haven of peace that allowed us to have a good time with all the necessary amenities (swimming pool, jacuzzi and large grounds for sunbathing)! Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

This place is amazing, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Close to the train station - amazing view, great design.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation offered by Lauriane and Mickael is really great! Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The basement parking space is a real plus, it allows you to have peace of mind throughout the stay. The decoration is neat, the residence is quiet, as is the neighborhood, which makes the whole thing very pleasant. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they are really lovely. Thank you again!
