Monthly Rentals in Beaux Arts Village

The Hosts (Jun & Cristina) were very accommodating as this rental was an unplanned trip & we booked this Airbnb the minute we landed in Seattle. The hosts were very understanding with the late booking. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. It was private. We highly recommend this Airbnb in Mercer Island. This was only a 2 minute drive to downtown restaurants & supermarket. There were many restaurants & coffee shops to choose from.

We really loved our stay, we felt at home as the airbnb was very spacious. The natural light in the bedroom was amazing and the kitchen was big with a great window. Thanks for the stay, we will definitely come back.

Wonderful stay! The studio was clean and bright. The bed was a little soft but not squishy and very comfortable. In fact, all the furniture was comfortable and of good quality, which is important to me as I have lower back problems and cannot sit on old, broken-down sofas or wobbly chairs or stools. The large T.V. had a nice, clear screen and offered a variety of channel options. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and the back yard was lovely. (I saw a baby bunny!) Luis and Evelyn were very responsive and friendly. The peace and quiet of the studio was very welcome after a busy day. Just be aware that there are no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity so you will need to walk or drive to the business area (~ 1.5 miles) for food or supplies. If I'm ever back in Seattle, this will be my go-to place.

The place is beautiful. It is definitely a gem in the middle of the forest. The outdoors is amazing with a small creek running right along side the property. The host is incredibly nice and responds quickly. The queen bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure perfect. The place was super clean. The kitchen was great and had a full size fridge. There was plenty of supplies. We always bring our own toiletries but she had just about anything someone would need. The sofa bed was not comfortable but we made it work by just sleeping on the sofa which was comfortable. For some, the rental might need some updates(furniture) but we loved it. It was a little piece of heaven. It looks like something out of a story book. Don't try to get in there with a big vehicle, it might be a challenge. I would definitely stay there again.
