On Elmwood with off street parking and private entry. Newly renovated, full kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. a keurig coffee maker and coffee. The living/bedroom area has a couch, chair, desk, 50" tv, and a new, pillow-top queen bed. Short walk to Buff State, Albright Knox Gallery, and numerous restaurants. Great area with great people, where you will feel safe. Great, comfortable place for a couple of days, or a few weeks. We offer significant discounts for extended stays.

Looks very sketchy on the outside, cobwebs, peeling wood, cracked and shoddily painted walls, generally old and not updated since the 60’s. Much more secure on the inside. Homey enough, floor is clearly uneven and tiled in a plastic busy pattern to distract from it. Poor ventilation, lingering scent of weed, good modern amenities, cozy furniture, and bedding. Cracked walls, unappealing paint jobs. You get what you pay for, good for the price. Very conveniently placed to walk to stores, and etc. Overall, a good stay!

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The host was thoughtful and accommodating, and always very quick to respond to messages. The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen had more than everything needed. The sunset views from the yard was so pretty. It's a very peaceful home, even with a bit of road noise. Be mindful on the steps down from the bedroom and the rain shower can be a bit tricky. Would definitely return when coming back to the area, which speaks volumes. If you're looking for a place in this area you should consider this airbnb.
