I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

I think I read another review before booking this place that said something like "if you're considering booking this place and it's available, stop considering and just book it now", and I'm inclined to agree. The space itself is beautiful and very much as advertised, and the art on the walls + books in English, Spanish, and French on any and all topics were really nice touches. The loft is on a pretty quiet side street that feels very safe, right above a cute little cafe with a patio on the street, and it's a very short walk to lots of parks/restaurants/galleries/bars/etc. or maybe an hour walk to the heart of downtown or 15ish minutes to the Scalabrini subte station. Just be prepared for lots of stairs, and if the plumbing is ever a little finicky remember that is true basically everywhere you go in Buenos Aires.

Very pleasant stay, the apartment is as it appears in the photos. It is in an easily accessible area, with dining options for all tastes. Hosts are always available to resolve concerns. Highly recommended.

Pablo's place is located in front of the Armenians Inmigrantes Square with a dozen of restaurants around. It's walkable to public transportation and many places to drink and eat. It has a lot of space to cook, chill and I even used as a Home Office during my visit. It has everything you need in the kitchen, Aircon and fast internet. The communication with Pablo was great even we did a last minute reservation.

Sofi and Juan were amazing hosts, and their place truly felt like the perfect place to spend a month. They were responsive when I needed to chat with them. The apartment was so cozy and quiet and I felt at home the minute I walked in the door. Thank you for being such great hosts to me!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

Great apartment to visit Buenos Aires. The location is perfect and the apartment itself is very comfortable and modern. Edu a 10 as a host, always very communicative and constantly offering help. I would come back a lot more times.

a great place for a solo traveler to stay for a bit - I stayed for 3 nights! Pros - Quiet - conveniently located near restaurants / cafes, supermarkets, sube, buses - has ac (although I didn’t need to use it since it was winter) - bed & furniture comfortable - good WiFi - filtered water! - kitchen had all utensils including a wine opener :) - laundry in basement, with kiosk nearby (1 block) to buy tokens - 1 token = 2000 ARS (2$usd), & its 2 tokens to both wash & dry 1 load; note laundry is down the stairs & not accessible by elevator if you have issues. Bring your own detergent. - Alejandro - he welcomed me in personally, showed me around the apt, offered me a sube card, gave his recommendations for food and tourist stuff, & let me check in early & stored my luggage for check out - very safe with 2 keys - 1 for building & 1 for apt, & super safe area Cons: - space is a bit small (expected from pics) - if you like long showers like me, hot water suddenly runs out after 10-15 min

Everything was absolutely great. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need to feel very comfortable. The perfect location, with a supermarket in front open almost every day 24 hours, close to various public transport, shops and interesting places to visit. The check-in was very easy, I even arrived early and was able to settle in at no extra cost, the building was safe and quiet. Flexible check-out to my schedule. Both Martin and his assistant Brian are charming, always available, offering all kinds of collaboration, always willing. Not only with recommendations on where to eat or what places to visit, but also to cover any type of need. Both are FANTASTIC. It's definitely a place to come back to. From beginning to end Anastasia and Milagros were in every detail to make my stay excellent. From the flexibility for check-in/out, the friendly communication and the super-equipped apartment. I would definitely come back, thank you for having me!

I had a perfect stay in this unique lofted apartment. Located on the 14th floor of a big building, it features a cozy living room, a small but functional kitchen, and a charming balcony on the first level. Upstairs, there's a lofted bedroom with a small desk and a bathroom. The apartment's style is beautiful, and the views of the city are stunning, with plenty of natural light. Even though I only stayed for two nights, it was an amazing experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Everything is great! The room is wonderful, very nice bed, great! Everything as described in the listing, great location, very safe and beautiful, the hostess is very kind and dear. I'll definitely be back more often! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience in Buenos Aires!

Mariana is a gracious host, and made me feel welcome and at ease in her place. I felt free to be myself. I enjoyed having her and Sebastián as my neighbors and their presence made me feel less alone. I especially enjoyed yoga on the terrace, the plants, and the little cat, Donatello. This unit did have some street noise, but I played white noise on my tablet to drown it out while I slept.

It was the second time I stayed in Raquel's space, especially for the service she offers and for the space and location, which has everything a person needs: public transportation, restaurants (including vegans/vegetarians), markets, pharmacies, theatres.....whenever I can, I will return to stay here, highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony is very nice for sunbathing on these cold days and watching the sunset. Communication with the hosts is also smooth. I would definitely come back.

Very cool apartment, I liked the rugged floor and open space a lot. It is very generous and just like the pictures. Stayed for over 1 month, not a lot of natural light, but several great lamps made me forget it. Everyone was super helpful in fixing small things that were missing or not working. Thanks!

Very nice place . Best location with a lot of stores and restaurants. Face to a small park and they have weekend market for the locals . Very very cute . The landlord lady is very friendly and helpful too , highly recommend !
