Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Delta Suite🍃 beautiful space, immersed in such nature, trees, wildlife that inhabits it. Emi, who received us, super attentive and loving for any questions or needs, prepared a delicious breakfast, with local fruits and a lot of love. This Airbnb has an excellent location in Palermo soho. Everything is in walking distance; restaurants, shops, bars, even a 24hr market. The apartment itself is clean and well kept. Definitely would stay again.

It was a truly unique experience. The privacy and nature that surround it are impressive. Although at first it may seem a bit strange to have to go by canoe to the warehouse, the adventure was worth it. The cleanliness of the place is remarkable and the environment is very relaxing. However, it is important to keep in mind that water is a limited resource, so it is necessary to be aware of its use. There were a couple of times when the power went out, which was a bit uncomfortable, but luckily it came back quickly on both occasions. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive. The host was very helpful and kind at all times. In general, I would recommend this accommodation to those who are looking for an unusual experience and are willing to adapt to some peculiarities. Nature and privacy are real advantages of this place.
