Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

The apartment includes 2 attractive rooms with large beds, a TV corner with a comfortable sofa, a nice reading corner with a sofa bed, a storage room, two dining tables, two TVs with Fire TV Stick for e.g. Netflix or Amazon Prime customers. WiFi is also available. Bicycles, suitcases or similar can be stored in the garage.

The charming apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and offers our guests a maximum of peace and comfort. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a spacious living ambience. The bathroom is fitted with a spa bath. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Small but nice in Schwanheim

A kitchen with living-room space, a bedroom and a bath only for you. The ideal spot for eating, living, sleeping and watching TV. Or you step out for running, hiking or biking or just for a walk in nature. It is just behind the house. Our flat can be booked for home-office or vacation purpose. Our flat suits best for 1-2 people. 1 additional person can sleep on the sleep sofa.

Our house is an old agricultural estate typical for Rhine Hesse, which has been carefully converted by us into a holiday home. We tried to get as much old and hearty as possible without having to forego modern comforts. You will live in the house to yourself and be completely undisturbed.

In the traffic-calmed center of Flomborn, you will find a cozy apartment on the grounds of an old former farm from the 18th century. The apartment is located in the annex and has a separate entrance, which is accessible via the large courtyard.
