The age is the charm, but also brings with it a scratch, there a dust, some scrolling color and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

It is a smaller terraced house (77m2), above Weggis and invites you to switch off and enjoy. For us, it is a tranquil oasis with a fantastic view of Lake Lucerne and the mountain panorama. The house has everything you need for a relaxing and restful vacation:

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

By car, you can reach the center of Stans in 5 minutes and Lucerne or the mountains for skiing or hiking in less than 20 minutes.
