Our family-friendly first floor apartment with 88 m² has been lovingly and modernly furnished and includes a fully equipped, open kitchen with a large dining area. In the cozy living area there is a modern living area on which all family members can find space. The two equivalent bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. A toddler bed is available on request. The bathroom, with natural light, is friendly and spacious with a walk-in shower. You can use W-LAN and underfloor heating throughout the apartment, electric shutters in the bedrooms and living rooms. In the basement there is a utility room for both apartments. Access to the apartment's own, furnished sun terrace with sunbathing area is given from the living room and both bedrooms.

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.
