Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and contains a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furniture is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.
