Holiday rentals with a patio in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have all good things to say. Directions into the property were very clear. The condo was clean and looked great. The owner was also highly responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was absolutely great! beautiful, clean and with a beautiful garden. The owners were very helpful and always helped us with everything. The location is amazing, only a few minutes from the bus that goes to Manhattan. We will definitely recommend the accommodation and we will be happy to come back! Thank you

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with extras — from clean towels and sheets to blankets and kitchen amenities. The interior is truly impressive, with attention to detail that made the space feel welcoming and stylish. The location is also a big plus — a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of beautiful spots nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to reply and generous in sharing recommendations and local hotspots. The only downsides for us were the lack of a washing machine, which is quite essential for a family of five, and the absence of on-site parking. We had a private car and often had to park a bit farther away, which made things slightly difficult when returning late with the kids. Overall, a wonderful experience — thank you very much!

Vlad was a fantastic host, always available and quick to respond. The house was perfect, nothing to complain about... ample space, a beautiful kitchen, a bedroom with glass doors overlooking the garden, a dream backyard, and quiet, typical surroundings. Getting to Manhattan was also incredibly easy, just a very pleasant 7-minute walk to the PATH train, which takes you to the World Trade Center in just two stops. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return. Thanks for everything, Vlad!

Staying at “The Guesthouse Brooklyn” was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were enchanted by the whimsical decor and cozy atmosphere. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. The space was even more beautiful and inviting than expected. My guest and I immediately felt at home. Deyana was an exceptional host warm, attentive, and proactive in making sure our stay was comfortable. Every detail in the apartment felt thoroughly curated, and it was clear she put great care into creating a unique and welcoming experience. I would definitely recommend the Guesthouse Brooklyn to anyone visiting the area. It’s a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to return!

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

We were in the area for the Five Boro Bike Ride and this place was great! It was very well equipped with lots of amenities we enjoyed eating out on the deck and walked one night to nice Mediterranian restaurant. The location for the ride was excellent. it was a 10 to 15 minute bike ride to the start and only 2 miles from the finish. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The icing on the cake was allowing us to return to the house to checkout after the race, especially as we got rained on and really appreciated a quick shower before our drive home. Highly recommend!

Gabriel’s place is wonderful! My family and I had a great stay. He is extremely responsive (the fastest to respond of any Airbnb host I’ve ever had), was graciously flexible for an early check in, and the place was spotless and newly renovated. The location is perfect for access to the very useful 2 train. Easy ride up to Crown Heights for lots of good restaurants, Prospect Park, etc, and easy to get into Manhattan.

Choudhury was a wonderful host! We stayed here while participating in a local art show, and he was incredibly thoughtful; leaving us snacks, tea, and even milk, which we really appreciated after our busy days. The bedroom was cozy and the bed very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

We stayed here twice in one week - to begin our trip and to end our trip to New York. It was a great spot that served our needs well. It is close to JFK so that’s nice but pretty far from other city attractions. The final day we did use public transportation to get from Manhattan to Jamaica where the Airbnb is and it was super simple. We did Uber from the subway station in Jamaica to the house just so we didn’t have to figure out the bus system. I found locals to be very helpful when we had questions.

The apartment was nice and clean, check in was fast and easy. The location is convenient theres restuarants walking distance from the apartment the host was accommodating, overall it was a good stay.

Anthony was a blessing in disguise. Jersey city is not the best location as there’s a lot of incoming traffic and clutter from the city however every time we set foot in his place after being out for the day it was like an amazing fresh breath of air. The unit we stayed in was surrounded by a load of other houses but the unit felt like we might have gotten the best space in the neighborhood. Anthony was very proactive with instructions and ensuing everything was running smoothly. 10/10 would definitely book again.

Hoboken ist ein guter Unterkunftsort, um New York zu besuchtigen. Mit dem PATH ist man schnell da. Die Wohnung war sauber, groß genug und Kaffee war gerichtet. Der checkin war sehr gut beschrieben. zur Washington street ist ca 1 km. Dort gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Am Hudsonufer hat man eine tolle Sicht auf New York.

Excellent location! Very easy to walk to the Path to get to New York quickly. Very clean and had all the amenities to make the stay perfect.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! We loved our stay here, spacious apartment with a lot of natural light, few min walk to the nearest subway station, and the host was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laurie’s place in Hoboken! The home is exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought-out. Laurie has truly anticipated every need, making it easy to feel right at home. We were a group of six (three couples), and the space was perfect—spacious & comfortable. The beds were especially cozy. The location couldn't have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the PATH train, which made getting into NYC fast and simple. After long days exploring, it was so nice to return to a quiet, relaxing home base in Hoboken. The neighborhood itself is absolutely charming, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes. I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy Hoboken itself. We especially loved grabbing coffee just a block away at Hey Coffee People and relaxing in the peaceful backyard. All in all, Laurie’s place is a rare find. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. We’d return in a heartbeat!
