NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC.

We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.
