Great location and distribution of space. Pool water needed some maintenance but property was otherwise in good condition. Host was very communicative. It was kid and pet friendly. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

We truly felt peaceful and at home. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. Every need had been thoughtfully considered. It was also very close to both the historic downtown and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay, and if I come to Sarasota again, I would definitely stay here.
