Small village apartment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the heart of a small village, 5 minutes from the shops with walks around Lake Ganguise within walking distance. Come and discover the Lauragais and the surroundings between the Canal du Midi and the Toulouse region on one side about 50 minutes away and on the other Carcassonne with its superb city. Living room/kitchen on the ground floor then upstairs a transition room with a modular bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with bathroom and sink.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

New gite of 180 sqm renovated by the lake of the Ganguise. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen, living room, pellet stove, shower room with toilet, optional complementary room of 20m² for small group meetings. R+1: 4 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 toilet. R+2 under attic: a dorm with 7 seats including 1 double bed. Garden furniture/ BBQ. - Canoe / Paddle / mountain bike rentals with the campsite opposite (same property). - Renowned house Cassoulet on order.

La Métairie

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This recently renovated Lauragais residence, steeped in history, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor areas.

Only 1.5 km away, take a walk along the Canal du Midi, to discover its traditional guinguettes and restaurants. 15 minutes away, Lake Ganguise promises swimming, walks and water activities.

Profitez en famille de ce fabuleux logement qui offre de bons moments en perspective. Situé Idéalement à 6 minutes en vélo des pistes du Canal du Midi. Il offre un cadre paisible et reposant mariant ainsi la pierre authentique du lauragais au magnifique paysage vallonné. Le logement est prévu pour 6 couchages, 2 lits et un canapé lit. une cuisine équipée ainsi qu'un lave linge. les deux chambres ainsi que la salle de bain se trouvent à l'étage.
