Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Welcome to our Bella Vista private basement mini-suite close to Little Sugar, Back 40, Blowing Springs, and Tanyard Creek Trials. Ride your MTB bike a short distance to access Little Sugar right from our suite. We are a short drive to Bella Vista dining, shopping, and golfing. Drive 5 miles to access the northern end of Slaughter Pen Trails. Drive 7 miles to access Coler Preserve North Trail. Interested in birding and beautiful waterfalls - Tanyard Creek is a 1.5-mile drive from the unit.

Renovated in 2022, this home is in a quiet street in North Bella Vista! The home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, expansive deck with grill included, open living area, and laundry room. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with their own TV. The quiet, back deck has outdoor seating to enjoy the quiet and a large picnic table. The carport has the best feature - a lockable, 5 bike storage to keep all your gear safe. Of course, the house is located on the Back40 with a path to the Back40!

Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet!
