Nous avons un excellent séjour dans le logement de Julie qui nous réservé un excellent accueil. L’endroit est décoré avec goût. L’appartement est très fonctionnel. Les restaurants et activités sont à proximité, Le lac juste à côté !!! Evian est une ville très agréable à 2 pas de la suisse. Tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons !

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

julien é adorável... foi muito gentil sempre... ótimo anfitrião... Studio bem localizado, próximo de restaurante, lanchonete, padaria, supermercado e da gare Cornavin. Possível caminhar por todo o centro, sem precisar de transporte.

Rien a redire ! Que ce soit sur le logement, le cadre... Le proprietaire nous a facilite notre arrivee. Pas de stress sur le timing a l arrivee, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de cette 1ere journee. Le logement propre avec un panorama exceptionnel ! Endroit au calme, loin de la foule du centre d Annecy. Reposant ! avec de multiples activités environnantes.. je recommande vivement... 😀

Super séjour dans le magnifique appartement d'Anaïs. Spacieux, confortable, calme et frais. Tout est refait à neuf, cuisine très bien équipée et salle de bain avec belle douche. Le quartier est très vivant avec des bars, restaurants et commerces à deux rues. De nombreux transport juste à moins de deux minutes. Anaïs est une super hôte, sympathique et réactive. Je ne peux que recommander.

Valéries Wohnung liegt in sehr schöner und ruhiger Umgebung mit toller Aussicht auf den Genfer See und die Alpen. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll, absolut hochwertig und alles war blitzsauber. Valérie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für die Aufmerksamkeiten und die Flexibilität beim Check-out!

Great sunlight filled apartment for my meetings in town. Functional and comfortable, Gabriela's apartment was a nice stay and well appointed with all I needed. Good wifi, good kitchen, good shower. With a bike rental, it was easy to get around. Very comfortable and very functional.

Tamara’s place was awesome. We were so glad we did not opt for a hotel, which is normally where we’ve stayed in Annecy! Her home had every comfort, perfect for our week long stay. Her place is quiet, although right in the heart of the bustle. I haven’t slept this good since high school. It was quiet, peaceful, and Tamara was an excellent host. We would absolutely stay here again next time we come to annecy! J’adore!

Nice and cosy place. Felt very clean as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome gifts were nice. If driving from Geneva/Nyon, there is some very windy roads to get here. The chalet was close to the french border so we went over for groceries - was like a 5min drive to Carrerour and Intermarche. Great to see something different!

Très bon séjour de travail et de détente avec les principaux cadres de notre entreprise. L'accueil et les multiples possibilités offertes par les locaux et son environnement nous ont pleinement comblés à l'occasion de ces trois nuitées. Je recommande.

Maria et Jean-Marc sont des hôtes très accueillant et très ouvert sans être avares de renseignements pratiques. Le logement correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce et s'avère très fonctionnel. Jean-Marc s'est proposé de nous amener sur un site proche de leur domicile tout en nous faisant découvrir sa région natale. Un grand merci à Maria et Jean-Marc pour leurs conseils et leur disponibilité. Au plaisir de les revoir éventuellement si l'occasion se présente.

My son and I had an awesome/great time. It feels like we are in a 5 Star hotel. Beautiful, homely, breathtaking, lovely, pleasant, cozy, luxury, perfect place, exclusive, high quality, meticulously clean, calm surrounding. We say A Big Thank You To Liselotte and her husband, they are kindhearted, considerate, easygoing, friendly, amazing, and communicate easily. We will surely miss this beautiful, lovely home and we cannot wait to come back again and enjoy all the luxurious amenities.

A jewel by a running river where you can cool off in between exploring Annecy, Chamonix or the local mountain villages. House is perfect! An authentic watermill with a completely enclosed beautiful garden next to the river. The village of Frangy has everything including Boulangerie, fromagerie , local winery and authentic farm restaurant serving delicious meals with in and outdoor seating to watch the world go by. Beautiful walks to nearby waterfalls from the doorstep: highly recommended!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach nur zauberhaft. Für mich mit drei Hunden ein absoluter Traum mitten im Wald ❤️. Die Unterkunft an sich war ebenfalls wundervoll und ich habe mich direkt sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen 🙏🏻❤️. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt 😊

Nach einer kurzfristigen Buchung hat uns Morgan herzlich 45 Minuten später vor einer idyllisch gelegenen alten Mühle empfangen und wir konnten die Unterkunft sofort beziehen, die sich in einem sehr sauberen und tadellosen Zustand befand. Der beheizte Whirlpool war das I-Tüpfelchen. Vielen Dank auch an Jean-Luc für das hervorragende Frühstück. Der Ort und die Gastgeber sind eine Reise wert!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacance dans le bien d'Hélène. Elle nous a très chaleureusement accueilli. Son appartement offre une vue très agréable sur le lac et son jardin. Une terrasse nous permet de profiter d'un calme extraordinaire et du coucher du soleil. Son appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien rangé, propre, et offre de la fraicheur les jours plus chaud. Le village de Clairvaux est très mignon, et est accessible rapidement. On se trouve dans un rayon de 30 minutes en voiture pour visiter les cascades, les lacs, et belvédères… Nous remercions Hélène pour son accueil, et sa gentillesse.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

We absolutely loved this property. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet in the evenings but steps away from dining, bars and other activities. The area is very walkable. The restaurants and shops in the area are very friendly- we felt like part of the neighborhood when we left. We made many friends. Everything matched the description perfectly and the AC was cool and comfortable the one really warm day. We loved having a refrigerator and kitchen to reheat leftovers from the amazing nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. The location, the team and the accommodations were perfection.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Quartier très calme, paisible. Logement bien équipé et aménagé. Notre chat a apprécié la véranda et le petit jardin. Mais aussi la climatisation car lors de notre séjour il a fait plus de 30 degrés pendant 2 jours à l'extérieur. Lons est assez bien placé pour découvrir la région. Nous avons adoré le Jura !

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
