La Barn des Marronniers

Ancienne grange entièrement rénovée. Grande chambre avec salle de bain à l'étage. Cuisine et coin salon au rez de chaussé. Située à l'ombre de deux grands tilleuls. Calme et sérénité assurés. La piscine est chauffée grâce à un volet solaire ce qui nous permet une température de baignade d’environ 30 degrés en pleine saison et d’environ 25 degrés en début et fin de saison ( début mai et fin septembre à début Octobre).

Gite très confortable avec grande piscine , dans un environnement calme proche des sentiers de randonnées dans les coteaux du Layon. Logement entièrement équipé : TV, lave-linge, micro onde, draps, serviettes de toilette. A faire: randonnées, visite de caves "Bonnezeaux, Coteaux du Layon, châteaux, à 1h du Puy du Fou, proche du Bioparc zoo de Doué La Fontaine, Château de Brissac, Parc Terra Botanica.

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

Our mountain cottage is one of a kind in our beautiful Angevine region. Our house is spacious and warm, it is about 200 m2. It's just waiting for you to have a good time with family, friends and children. Have a good time in summer and winter: You can sit around the pool with a good aperitif and a barbecue in the summer and in the winter around a good raclette in its cozy living room, dining room.
