Monthly Rentals in Belmar

We rented over Christmas to be near our family for the holiday. Upon check in there was the issue of a frozen pipe, but the hosts were very accommodating and set us up in the main house. Extremely clean, warm, and welcoming it made for the perfect holiday away from our home. My husband was able to whip up desserts in the kitchen for us to bring to family, the backyard was spacious and for our dogs to run and play, and my young daughter felt right at home as did the rest of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would be back again in a heartbeat and highly recommended!

This was my first true vacation as a single parent with a toddler. Sea Glass and Lavender was magical and peaceful. The space was sparkling clean and cozy with whimsical decorations and little touches everywhere. My child was enchanted by the fairly lights, little creatures in the garden, and child sized chairs. Karen was an extremely generous, responsive and thoughtful host and so kind to us. One of the first things that happened was that we dropped the remote control into the toilet! Karen was so understanding and I really appreciate her kindness. She had excellent recommendations and personal touches for my daughter that made all the difference on a rainy beach day. The beach itself was a nice walk around the lake and Karen also suggested locations with free parking. I felt truly welcome and my daughter and I had a memorable vacation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rich's place. Rich was extremely friendly and accommodating. The place is a separate guesthouse in the backyard of his own home. I was able to enjoy my own living space with a bathroom and full kitchen. Grocery stores were within driving distance, and the beach is only a few blocks away. You can walk to the beach if the day is nice! Rich gave great recommendations for restaurants. I would stay there again, for sure.

Great location! Easy to get to and close to many things. Loved the view of Shark River from the front porch. House was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Ryan was very quick to respond and very helpful answering questions. We look forward to returning next year!
