The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

We had a great time at Lionel's place. The accommodation is small, but perfectly equipped and functional. The neighbors are welcoming and discreet. The environment is very pleasant. I can only recommend Lionel's accommodation, where we will gladly return!

A fantastic location. To undertake various activities. Many are within a short distance. Nice real French villages with authentic features. Friendly French people who also speak English and are willing to do so. The apartment is more than complete. Equipped with all comforts, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a set of towels/bath towels waiting for you. A private parking space on the premises within the gate and a private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very private in relation to the residents. And the use of the swimming pool is fantastic. We were there in June 2025, it was 30 degrees and so we made a lot of use of the (heated) swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the flowers smell wonderful. Beautiful view, which is completely free. The reception is warm, with plenty of explanations and a glass of rosé can be poured immediately. A cold bottle awaits you upon arrival. Friendly and helpful family. Certainly subject to repetition.

Words cannot express how wonderful Ibens villa is. If you’re not just looking for a place to lay your head, but for an authentic French experience, this is the place. Not only is Iben warm and friendly but the apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Iben has poured her heart & soul into her little haven and it shows. Special touches make the space feel like a home away from home. We loved our stay and were so very sad to leave. Book… you won’t regret it!!!

Perfect! A big thank you to Tantely and Raymond, whose warm welcome, advice, and the quality of their accommodation allowed me to have a great time. The apartment is exactly like the description and pictures. Very well equipped, and top bedding. It is also very well located, a few meters from the main square. I enjoyed the little touches, as we could find in a good hotel: bottle of water, basic toiletries, etc. But the most remarkable thing is the cleanliness of the space, which is absolutely impeccable. I will come back without hesitation!

Our hosts welcomed us warmly, with a welcome gift as a bonus, they also gave us all the explanations about the accommodation and its surroundings. They are friendly and attentive people. Many thanks to them .

We spent 3 days and two nights in this charming apartment perfectly matches the photos. In the heart of the village bakery, restaurants presses... All this very close to the place of dwelling we didn't need to cook a real vacation . Quiet reigns around the apartment with the small terrace while drinking a tea . The bathroom peite but perfect everything is there. A small hairdryer is available. The soft bath towels and sheets that smelled good as well as the soft pleas and a duvet that we didn't need to turn on the heater worked perfectly. Beautiful, cozy decor. On the kitchen side, everything is oven microwave fondue machine... Plugs and double sockets and extension cord . As well as guides for instructions. We were very well welcomed, with good addresses for a good meal. And the people of the village are very nice. A great stay . Thank you so much.

This is a very cute space with lots of room. It has everything you could need, a few minute walk into town, and a short drive to some amazing trails! and the view is stunning

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

We loved our stay at Nina’s place in Cap D’ail. I had a last minute cancellation with another airbnb and booked very last minute with Nina- she was so quick to respond and so helpful to get us into her place. The view was gorgeous and it was very clean. She clearly has attention to every detail and made it a very special stay. There were chocolates, wine, and a hand written note upon our arrival. She also has very clear instructions for how to get in. Would love to stay again in the future!

We loved our stay here! The beautiful surrounding, the vegetation, the fresh smell of flowers and the soothing sounds of the ocean - absolutely divine. Fabio was responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed our short stay.

We miss the days and the beautiful view from the terrace. We were almost exclusively on foot to the city center of Ventimiglia about 15 minutes (to the market hall, to the ice cream and to the train station) and by train (ride to Menton and Monaco). Perfect for us. The small beach below the house was charming and we went swimming almost every evening. Claudia is a top hostess. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything, dear Claudia🥰.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Very nice apartment in beautiful Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Located 1 min walk from railway station with short connection to Monaco. Catherine was very helpful and providing help and assistance to any transportation needs. Also very quickly responding if we had any general questions. Highly recommended!

The stay was great 🤩 The accommodation was clean, cozy and well equipped - we felt totally comfortable. The location was great - we were able to discover a lot on foot, and the train stop is only 4 minutes away. You can get to Monaco super fast and have the opportunity to reach a sandy beach in just 2 stops. The host was very kind and the check in went smoothly. Would come back anytime!🌞🌊 Best regards,

Excellent stay, very good welcome, very available and responsive host, ideal location for visiting the Côte d'Azur. Some suggestions to improve the practical side: a tray, a carafe, placemats, a few extra dishes to avoid running the dishwasher too often. Perhaps consider replacing the lock on the front door that has been causing us problems. Best regards, Domi and Jean
