For all guests who need relaxation and tranquility, we tried to combine the natural qualities of the place with a comfortable and quality logistics. The property includes 4 apartments, one of which is the owner's accommodation and the others are made available to guests. Accommodations are suitable for hosting groups or families for which the Residence formula is also adopted that allows the use of the kitchen, laundry, ironing room, etc... in full autonomy. Ideal for holidays by the sea below, the stay also lends itself to a little more challenging excursions such as: the Sila (60 km.), the town of Tropea (30 km.), the Sanctuary of S.Francesco di Paola (5 km.) (photo), medieval villages such as Fiumefreddo, San Fili, Falconara Albanese and the prettiest one on the Tyrrhenian coast that is just San Lucido. Walking in the old town, you discover the beauty of the streets, stairs and stone houses, embellished with squares and historic arches and underpasses. (Photo Gallery) For those who do not like to go to the sea or leave Casale Rondinella, the stay can be interspersed with walks in the surrounding woods, by visits to the nearby wild boar reserve, the use of the garden with its equipment: barbecue, tables, chairs, umbrellas, chairs and of course by the use of the magnificent private pool. For young and old, there is also a table football, a table tennis table, an exercise bike and various equipment for gymnastic exercises. The apartment is located on the first line of buildings from the sea on the hill, and to the nearest beach is a 5-minute walk up the stairs. (return road takes longer). The picturesque beach "Baia Del Carpino" is a 15-minute walk away. The city of Scalea is 2km away and the main beach can be reached by a free bus that runs in July and August. The apartment has air conditioning located in the living room and master bedroom, and a kitchenette equipped with new household appliances and TV.
