Explore - on foot or by bike - the Geuldal, the hill country, the bustling Valkenburg (less than a kilometer away), Maastricht with its brown pubs and unique historic city center or take a day trip to the nearby Aachen or Liège.Enjoy and relax!

Apartment on the outskirts of Meerssen

It is a cozy apartment for two people located in Meerssen. The apartment is located in a wooded area where you can enjoy hiking and cycling, there is also a nice and neat outdoor swimming pool just a 5-minute walk away that can be visited by entrance. It is an 8-minute walk to Meerssen station and a 10-minute walk to the beautiful centre where various restaurants and cafes are located. Furthermore, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Aachen are easily accessible nearby.

Comfy and quiet overnight stays in hill country

Luxury attractively furnished suites with unobstructed views of hill country. Bedroom with double Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom(bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea making facilities, air fryer/oven, stove tops, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In the summer there is a barbecue outside at the terraces. Buitenplaats Welsdael a unique base for hiking bike rides on plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

The cozy apartment is in a monumental monastery from 1870. The bus stop to Maastricht is a 5-minute walk away. An ideal place to start sports with hiking (Pieterpad nearby), cycling or golfing. Within walking distance are several restaurants with beautiful terraces. Maastricht, Vaals, Aachen and Liège are easily accessible. The apartment can be reached via private entrance (outside stairs) and has two bedrooms, a modern kitchen and spacious bathroom.

In 2019, we converted a part of our monumental farmhouse entirely into a beautiful farmhouse; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies has all the comforts. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Because of its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, get culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking trails to explore the Heuvelland.

Stay in Terblijt

A two-room apartment in a brilliant location on the Pieterpad in the hill country between Valkenburg and Maastricht. The rate includes tourist tax and cleaning fee. You stay in the souterrain of our home. The guesthouse consists of a spacious bedroom with bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. The bikes stole you safely in the house. On request (and when we are present) we can provide breakfast for 10€ pp.
